Please read this before you book with us

A purchased ticket/reservation for dog sledding is considered binding, and if the event cannot be carried out due to reasons beyond the organizer's reasonable control, such as weather conditions, including lack of snow, national safety orders or instructions from national or local authorities (the list is exemplary and not exhaustive), the ticket/ the reservation will not be refunded. The organizer will offer to move your reservation, and the event is therefore not considered cancelled. This also applies in cases where the ticket buyer does not have the opportunity to carry out the event as planned.

- Make sure you include your full name and telephone number in your reservation, so that we can contact you if necessary.

- Everyone who is going to take part in the trip must show up at least 15 minutes before the time to receive the necessary information and instructions before the trip.

- Should you be delayed for the trip, you must make sure to call us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you, the trip will start without you, as soon as the other guests are ready to depart.

- Carefully follow the instructions given by the guide. This will be critical for the dogs' safety, and for your experience of the trip.

- All adults (12 years and over) will be put together two by two per sled, with one driver and one passenger. We will give you the opportunity to switch halfway through.

- Children under the age of 12 will be placed as passengers in the sled of a guide, unless otherwise agreed.

- We do not allow anyone to drive a sleigh without a passenger. If you are alone, or your group is an odd number, you will be assigned to share a sled with a guide, or a participant from another group.

- If you can't or don't want to drive the sled yourself, and don't have a family member or friend who can drive you, we ask you to let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements for you.

- You yourself are responsible for bringing warm winter clothes for the trip, including warm shoes, mittens/gloves and a hat. Ski goggles can be nice to have if it snows a lot.

- All our dogs are kind and social. We have no aggressive or dangerous dogs. On the contrary, we have a couple of dogs who are a bit cautious. Therefore, we ask you to keep an eye on your children and make sure they DO NOT RUN or YELL around the dogs, so that we avoid unnecessary stress for our four-legged friends. Before the trip, the dogs will be very excited and full of adrenaline, so we usually recommend saving the cuddle for after the trip.

- If you show up at the kennel under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, you will be expelled, with no refund of the money.
